Low-Code and No-Code Solution Engineer, Senior (Salesforce)

Location: Falls Church, Virginia, USA; remote work available, with occasional work at a Booz Allen or customer facility possible.

Salary: $86,800–$198,000 annualized USD.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into low-code/no-code solutions.
• Design and implement workflow automations, approvals, routing logic, notifications, and business processes.
• Configure enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Appian, or similar technologies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, analytics, validation rules, business rules, and governance controls.
• Support user onboarding, access management, permissions, security administration, testing, releases, and environment management.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, documentation, and cross-functional delivery throughout the solution lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise software solutions.
• Experience configuring low-code/no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or Appian.
• Experience building workflow automations and business process solutions.
• Experience with security models, user provisioning, roles, permissions, or access controls.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Experience supporting testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Secret clearance required; selected applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for classified information.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, federal government, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with user access governance, security configuration, compliance-oriented environments, workflow automation frameworks, or business process optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, OmniStudio Developer or Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud certification.
