Sr. Business Systems Engineer (AI)

Base pay: $101,200–$140,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and connect the systems behind the go-to-market motion, including CRM, engagement, enrichment, automation, integrations, internal tooling, and cross-platform workflows.
• Ship changes through git and CI/CD rather than one-off manual deployments.
• Wire AI into production workflows to reduce manual work and use AI coding tools with normal review and testing.
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, Growth, and hirify.globalering to turn operational problems into maintainable systems.
• Help define hirify.globalering-led practices for how Business Systems builds and releases software.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a business systems, GTM systems hirify.globaler, or in a similar role, building, integrating, and automating systems rather than performing ticket-only administration.
• Ability to write code for scripting, APIs, and light application work, while recognizing when no-code or low-code solutions are sufficient.
• Hands-on experience with git and CI/CD for production changes.
• Real AI experience, including shipped automations or agents, or extensive use of AI coding tools on production systems.
• Experience with a modern GTM stack covering CRM, sequencing or engagement, enrichment, and an iPaaS or integration layer.
• Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-hirify.globalers clearly and without excessive jargon.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certifications.
• Travel or marketplace experience.
• Experience with Data Cloud or Agentforce.
• Experience helping a systems team move toward hirify.globalering practices.
