Technical Product Manager for AI Security Products (AI Security)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — in person; other locations may be remote.

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and prioritize the product and feature backlog and roadmap.
• Translate customer needs, technical insights, and the adversarial AI threat landscape into product capabilities and detection techniques.
• Define product requirements, use cases, specifications, and detection requirements with engineering, data science, and threat research.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis across machine learning and cybersecurity.
• Gather customer feedback and use it to drive product improvements.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of AI techniques, algorithms, frameworks, and AI operations tools.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, threat research, marketing, sales, and support.
• Proficiency in Agile product development methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Self-starter with flexibility, adaptability, intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and a positive approach.

Nice to have

• Prior experience developing and/or launching successful machine learning and/or cybersecurity products.
• Background as a technical product manager in data science, machine learning operations, or cybersecurity; or as a data scientist, AI engineer, or developer transitioning into product management.
