Product Management Specialist (Aviation)

What you will do

• Develop value propositions, product concepts, upgrades, product vision, strategy, and business value.
• Analyze competitors and define strategic product positioning with Product Marketing Management.
• Manage third-party partnerships, including requirements, prioritization, and product evolution.
• Drive customer co-innovation, validate value drivers, define MVP and future features, and prioritize delivery.
• Manage product roadmaps, budgets, capacity planning, release plans, and alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate R&D, operations, marketing, and agile streams to deliver solutions that meet user needs and product readiness standards.

Requirements

• Strong Product Management experience.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to support high-performing teams; recognized as a leader in the relevant area and able to train Specialists and Senior Specialists.
• Ability to assess complex problems with broad impact, improve processes, recommend solutions, and define risk mitigation plans.
• Ability to work autonomously, lead projects or contribute to broad cross-functional initiatives, and support resource and budget planning.
• Comfort working with diverse, international teams.
• Fluent English required.
