Senior AI Product Manager

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Productivity Tech Leads, business sponsors, subject matter experts, and users throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify operational pain points, user needs, process gaps, improvement opportunities, and relevant use cases.
• Facilitate interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops; define problem statements, scope, business rules, constraints, and desired outcomes.
• Create and maintain process maps, user journeys, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision records.
• Assess business value, risks, dependencies, success measures, prototypes, proofs of concept, and delivered capabilities.
• Maintain cross-stream status covering milestones, blockers, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next actions.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a technology-enabled enterprise environment.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating complex business and system requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong process analysis, problem definition, use case assessment, requirements management, and acceptance criteria skills.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, written communication, and escalation skills.
• Ability to create process models, user stories, requirements, business cases, decision records, and concise status summaries.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail, connecting detailed requirements to broader business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and lifecycle controls from discovery through release and benefits validation.
• Ability to maintain a cross-stream status view while delivering detailed Business Analysis work.
• Proficiency with collaboration, requirements, process modeling, tracking, and reporting tools used in enterprise technology environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise productivity, automation, artificial intelligence, data, analytics, or internal platform initiatives.
• Experience assessing AI or automation use cases, including data readiness, adoption, responsible use, and measurable business value.
• Familiarity with change management, process improvement, benefits realization, or portfolio governance.
