Azure Solution Architect

What you will do

• Act as the senior technical authority for Azure-focused projects, providing architectural direction and technical leadership.
• Lead client workshops, translate business objectives into technical solutions, and define project scope and requirements.
• Design Azure architectures across IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, compute, security, identity, and infrastructure services.
• Produce end-to-end HLDs, LLDs, technical specifications, target-state architectures, and migration strategies.
• Lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation activities while coordinating multiple engineering and delivery teams.
• Support the full project lifecycle from discovery and architecture through implementation, transition, and decommissioning across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong, demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect or Cloud Architect with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering Azure solutions, including complex cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Azure architecture principles, best practices, and the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, compute, identity and access management, security, and monitoring.
• Extensive infrastructure engineering experience and a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures and working with application development and infrastructure engineering teams.
• Experience in multi-vendor and multi-supplier environments, coordinating technical delivery across different teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, client workshop facilitation, and technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
