Project Manager III - Clinical Enablement (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage the full project life cycle, including requirements, plans, schedules, resources, budgets, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate meetings to meet stakeholder and company objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans.
• Lead stakeholder communication, provide project status updates and executive summaries, and negotiate resources and issue resolution.
• Oversee project deliverables such as design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation for quality compliance.
• Support project management methodologies and procedures while providing functional and technical knowledge across business and technical areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Experience working with and leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification.
