Financial Analyst, Baskin-Robbins

What you will do

• Consolidate, reconcile, and report monthly financials, including month-end results, variance analysis, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly reporting decks and support monthly projections, annual budgets, and long-range planning.
• Serve as the financial-analysis liaison between Baskin-Robbins Franchised Finance, Field Operations, and hirify.global Brands Corporate FP&A and Treasury teams.
• Analyze regional scorecards, yield, local sales, fixed and variable costs, product mix, and store-level unit economics to improve store and franchisee profitability.
• Educate cross-functional partners on financial implications, research information, identify efficiencies, and implement financial planning best practices.
• Support integration, process design, and daily ad hoc analytical projects while adapting quickly and communicating effectively.

Requirements

• Four-year degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting required.
• 1–3 years of corporate finance experience focused on Income Statement actuals, budgets, and forecasts, including project-based management skills.
• Knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet relationships and management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint skills, together with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to mine data and draw relevant conclusions about business performance.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen, issue anticipation, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in cash flow analysis tools and methodologies, including NPV, ROI, and breakeven analysis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase or SmartView.
