Financial Analyst – Global FP&A

Location: Hybrid in Universal City, California, United States; office attendance is required a minimum of four days per week. Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is required.

Salary: USD 65,000–75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support monthly pacing forecasts and the annual budget process for the International Digital business segment.
• Consolidate and upload financial data to studio Film HQ.
• Support monthly accruals and monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Prepare and manage financial reports.
• Drive business process improvements and build relationships with internal stakeholders across Business Intelligence, Marketing, Controllership, and Film HQ.
• Provide ad-hoc data and financial analysis for the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• At least one year of experience in a finance-related role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and build effective relationships in a matrix organization.
• Aptitude for financial systems and experience with database systems.

Nice to have

• Interest in or experience with media and entertainment.
• Experience with SAP, AOE, BPC, or Essbase.
• Experience supporting financial process improvements.
