Analyst, Loyalty Financial & Commercial Modeling

Location: Hybrid in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, United States; in-office Monday through Thursday at a designated South Florida office, with work from home on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Support annual budgeting, long-range financial planning, and financial recommendations for business decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Analyze revenue streams and apply appropriate deferral and recognition under ASC 606.
• Reconcile revenue from credit card transactions, ticket sales, and other channels with accounting and finance teams, supporting monthly close activities.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply accounting concepts in financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, financial models, and scenario analysis.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ability to remain stationary at a desk or computer for extended periods and work primarily in a climate-controlled environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Public accounting experience at a Big Four firm such as EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG; CPA is not required.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, entertainment, gaming, airlines, or other high-volume transaction environments.
