Lead Financial Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, Illinois, United States; work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $90,000–$143,000 USD base salary per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own financial modeling for sales, gross-to-net programs, standard COGS, and SG&A for ecommerce and National Marketing.
• Lead monthly P&L close, forecasting, sales reporting, quarterly reporting, and ad hoc channel and brand analysis.
• Provide financial guidance and decision support to sales, marketing, RGM, channel, and demand-planning partners.
• Evaluate new business proposals and opportunities while supporting profitable growth and strategic priorities.
• Drive sales forecasting, annual operating plan, and strategic planning processes for the ecommerce channel and National Marketing.
• Develop category and competitive-market expertise and improve cross-functional commercial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical skills, and the ability to turn detailed analysis into clear, concise, actionable information.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience using data for decision-making and identifying trends.
• Ability to influence others in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment.
• Background in strategic and financial planning, preparing analysis for senior-level presentations, process leadership, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel modeling, data management, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to deliver agreed objectives with high integrity and sustainably.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
