Project Manager II (Healthcare/Hospital)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; onsite work in a company-designated office or field location is required.

Salary: USD $115,000–$151,000 per year, paid weekly and commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and delivery of assigned electrical construction projects, with a focus on hospital construction.
• Prepare construction schedules, look-ahead documents, progress reports, billing information, and project deliverables.
• Manage project costs, budgets, labor and material estimates, bills of material, and change orders.
• Coordinate clients, project personnel, construction teams, subcontractors, purchasing, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Review project documents, perform field take-offs and evaluations, attend field walk-downs, and assess constructability requirements.
• Report project status to management and support construction personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management and estimating experience in the electrical industry, including hospital experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and experience may substitute for the degree.
• Knowledge of specifications, proposals, project documentation, the National Electrical Code, and relevant local codes.
• Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans and specifications related to electrical work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, estimating software such as Accubid or equivalent, and Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work successfully with diverse internal and external partners, remain self-driven, and stay focused for extended periods.
