Senior Account Manager, Banking

Salary: $77,625–$128,225 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Act as the initial contact for complex client and partner inquiries regarding banking products and services.
• Help create and implement complex banking and treasury management solutions for new and existing wealth management clients.
• Support bankers with account administration, business development, client presentations, due diligence, financial statement collection, industry research, and basic loan feasibility analysis.
• Coordinate client transactions, including fees, payments, borrowing, deposits, account opening, exception clearing, and overdrafts.
• Manage inquiry resolution, credit documentation, credit file maintenance, system updates, and client servicing events with internal and external partners.
• Identify service improvements, coordinate action plans, and communicate account status, past-due loans, and document requests to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, or equivalent, in financial servicing or accounting fields with a client servicing background.
• Knowledge of banking products and services and internal banking functions.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of loan agreements, financial statements, and documentation required to monitor client relationships.
