Senior Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States, with additional locations in Chicago, Illinois and Centennial, Colorado; onsite at a hirify.global corporate location.

Estimated annual salary: $68,500–$116,300, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze capital equipment purchasing activity, planning, spend, utilization, savings opportunities, and financial performance.
• Aggregate, validate, and reconcile data across multiple procurement, sourcing, planning, spend, booking, and accounts-payable systems.
• Perform cost comparisons, business-case development, ROI assessments, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
• Investigate data discrepancies and anomalies, collaborating cross-functionally to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Translate complex data into recommendations for leadership, advisory teams, and business decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, charts, graphs, reports, portfolio analyses, benchmarks, and opportunity assessments while managing multiple analytical projects.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience required.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Relevant degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets, reconciling information across multiple systems, and developing actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and ability to identify process-improvement opportunities.
