Senior Financial Analyst (Fandango)

Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL, United States; minimum three days per week in the office

Salary: USD 75,000–85,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and cash management across domestic and international operations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, analyze business performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support annual operating plans, long-range strategic planning, and financial goal setting with Finance leadership and business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, analyses, and reporting on financial performance and business trends.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and partnerships through financial analysis and scenario modeling while improving planning systems and reporting structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting, corporate development, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and preparing executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP, or similar financial planning and reporting systems.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to drive financial and operational outcomes.
• Experience supporting media, digital, technology, entertainment, or consumer-facing businesses.
