Sr Financial Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support annual budgets, quarterly rolling forecasts, multi-year strategic plans, and the integrated three-statement financial model across business divisions.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to improve accrual accuracy, resolve reporting discrepancies, and streamline consolidation schedules.
• Review, optimize, and maintain Excel models, FP&A templates, reporting files, and data-loading processes.
• Automate recurring workflows using Power Query, VBA/macros, complex formulas, and standardized data pulls.
• Prepare executive reporting on revenue, operating margins, EBITDA, and budget, forecast, and prior-year variances, including qualitative performance insights.
• Build executive and Board presentation decks, finance dashboards, and support ERP implementations, integrations, mappings, and entity structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
• Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced formulas, financial modeling, and data manipulation.
• Demonstrated experience with Excel automation tools such as Power Query, VBA/macros, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A software such as Pigment and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Familiarity with cash flow, balance sheet, and capital allocation.
