Sr. Corporate Development Analyst

Location: Remote; Nashville, TN preferred

Salary: $86,900–$105,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Perform and review complex financial analyses supporting client optimization, negotiations, and strategic planning.
• Support client contracting, coverage compensation structures, and business development through financial modeling and analytics.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting to monitor client economics and performance.
• Prepare and present executive-level presentations and analyses to senior leaders across operations, finance, and corporate development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally from a top-tier institution.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and extensive experience working with complex raw data sets.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
