Data Analytics & Reporting Lead

Location: Remote, must be located in the United States, with CST working hours. The role includes occasional driving to client work sites and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, market trends, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Extract, normalize, and shape data from Salesforce, ServiceNow, Paylocity, and Sage Intacct using SQL and APIs.
• Maintain trusted data foundations through consistent definitions, documented transformation logic, certified metrics, data dictionaries, and proactive data quality resolution.
• Design executive-ready Power BI and Claude-built dashboards and reports for internal leadership and selected client-facing use.
• Partner with the Data & AI Architect and cross-functional leaders on predictive models, forecasting tools, AI usage reporting, metrics, and analytical requirements.
• Build scalable data models, dashboard specifications, automation, and self-service analytics while reducing manual and redundant reporting.
• Participate in the Data Governance Committee and contribute thought leadership as the analytics function matures.

Requirements

• At least 3–5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, data architecture, or a similar role, including a proven record of building and delivering dashboards and reports.
• Strong ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries across relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major BI platform, such as Power BI, Tableau, or an equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work with messy, multi-source data and produce clean, consistent analytical outputs.
• Ability to manage workload independently, prioritize competing requests, and iterate toward high-quality outputs without close oversight.
• Must be located in the United States and work CST hours.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for the duration of the shift; the role is mainly seated and may involve occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and driving to client work sites.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Paylocity, or Sage Intacct data models.
• Experience with dbt, Python, Claude or other AI tools, forecasting, or machine learning concepts.
• Background in managed services, plus PL-300 or an equivalent BI credential.
