Supply Chain Intern (Jan 2027) (4 months)

Location: On-site at the Toronto office, 24 Ward Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Hourly rate: $21.00–$26.00 CAD

hirify.global develops real-time on-orbit connectivity through commercial optical data relay satellites, on-orbit compute, and hosted payload capabilities.

What you will do

• Maintain the Approved Vendor List in NetSuite, collect missing supplier documents, and replace expired certifications.
• Conduct warehouse cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and update verified quantities in NetSuite.
• Reorganize warehouse materials, storage locations, labels, and physical layout.
• Support RFQ, RFP, and RFI requests, quotation comparisons, and purchase order management.
• Assist with receiving activities by matching packing slips to purchase orders and identifying discrepancies.
• Support ERP/MES system maintenance and supply chain process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field and returning to studies after the internship.
• Available for a full-time, four-month internship beginning January 2027.
• Able to work on-site at the Toronto office, 24 Ward Street.
• Can work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel features.
• Dependable, results-driven, highly organized, and equipped with analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with data processing, visualization, reporting, business insights, and live dashboard development.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
