Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain business systems team, setting priorities and coaching team members.
• Lead the NetSuite ERP implementation with Finance and IT from requirements and design through data migration, testing, cutover, and adoption.
• Own Arena PLM administration, configuration, and governance, including BOMs, change management, and routings.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, IT, suppliers, and executives on processes, systems roadmaps, project priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Deploy systems, reporting, AI, and agentic workflows to improve procurement, MRP, planning, logistics, inventory, transfers, and RMA while reducing manual work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business systems, ERP, or supply chain operations, including hands-on ownership of enterprise system configuration, data integrity, and change control.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or major implementations.
• Strong expertise in procurement, MRP, planning, inventory, logistics, transfers, and RMA.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system requirements and workflows, gather requirements, and design processes.
• Experience leading projects and small teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited structure.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with Finance, Engineering, IT, suppliers, and executives.
• Curiosity and a forward-thinking approach, including interest in using AI and agentic workflows to streamline work.
• Employment is contingent upon eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology; citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval may be required under U.S. export laws.
