Sr. Business Process Analyst, Logistics

Location: Hybrid, based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Map, document, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes across shipping, freight, customs, warehouse and 3PL operations, and returns.
• Gather requirements with Logistics leads and ERP owners, close configuration gaps, standardize processes, and map integrations with PLM, TMS, carrier and forwarder portals, and customs platforms.
• Own logistics master data standards and quality for item, location, carrier, and trade compliance data across platforms.
• Facilitate sprint-based improvement sessions, document actions, track delivery, analyze logistics data, investigate root causes, and recommend scalable improvements.
• Document SOPs and lead training and adoption for new workflows and system changes.

Requirements

• Experience in business process analysis or operations improvement within a fast-moving logistics, supply chain, or hardware environment, with a data-oriented approach to identifying root causes and practical solutions.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS or freight-management platforms, including inbound, outbound, and returns flows in NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems.
• Ability to map integrations with carriers, forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers and connect system behavior with business intent.
• Familiarity with global logistics operations, including international air, ocean, and ground freight, Incoterms, customs and trade compliance documentation, and cross-border shipment execution.
• Knowledge of master data management for item, location, carrier, and trade data, including HTS codes and country of origin.
• Clear communication and change management skills, including documenting complex workflows, facilitating requirements sessions, and supporting alignment, training, and adoption.
