Legal Operations Partner (Legal AI)

Location: Hybrid; based in Copenhagen or London

What you will do

• Lead implementation and rollout of legal technology solutions, including Legal AI tools and automated workflows.
• Lead adoption of a new Legal AI platform and migrate the contract management system to a new platform.
• Map Legal Team workflows and build, test, and improve AI-enabled automations.
• Support legal budget and outside counsel spend tracking and influence counsel selection.
• Measure team metrics, present data-led insights, and improve legal service delivery across the business.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, InfoSec, Operations, People & Culture, and Product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in legal operations, technology implementation, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of AI tools and automated workflows, ideally in a legal or professional services team.
• Experience gathering and analysing data, developing reports, and using insights to improve processes and measure results.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical workflows and technology requirements and support implementation through testing, training, and ongoing improvement.
• Understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and responsible AI use in a business environment.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Legal, IT, InfoSec, Privacy, and other business teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, positive, solution-oriented, service-minded, and curious about new technologies and ways of working.
