Legal Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Advise law firms on practice areas, commercial priorities, and opportunities to transform legal service delivery.
• Own client journeys with Customer Success from pilots and onboarding through firm-wide adoption and measurable impact.
• Design and implement workflows for due diligence, contract review, drafting, litigation, regulatory advisory, transactions, and knowledge management.
• Partner with law firm partners, innovation leaders, knowledge teams, and practising lawyers to build the case for AI adoption.
• Represent private-practice lawyers in product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver product demos, workshops, and training, while documenting successful approaches and building scalable playbooks.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience working within a law firm, with a strong understanding of private practice, legal workflows, client expectations, and commercial pressures.
• Strong legal judgement and credibility; a legal qualification is valuable but not required as the sole indicator of suitability.
• Technical curiosity and product fluency, including comfort with generative AI, implementation, and workflow-transformation discussions; coding is not required.
• Commercial understanding of law-firm operations and the ability to connect workflow changes with outcomes for partners, practice groups, and clients.
• Ability to translate between practising lawyers, partners, innovation and knowledge teams, product teams, and engineers.
• Ability to structure ambiguity, handle complexity, and provide a calm, credible client presence.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple complex client relationships without losing quality or pace.
