DEX Operations Architect

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany; 100% remote work with occasional travel to meet colleagues and customers.

What you will do

• Identify key customer workflows and redesign them with DEXOps as the foundation.
• Conduct discovery sessions, design workflow transformations, and drive implementation, change management, adoption, and operational improvements.
• Prepare and facilitate quarterly customer health reviews with IT leadership.
• Build dependency and breakage inventories, assess business impact, and secure named ownership for unowned dependencies.
• Track workflow metrics and automation effectiveness while advising customers on hirify.global platform solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales, mentor internal and customer teams, and build relationships with C-level and senior IT leaders.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in IT operations, IT service management, IT strategy, or related enterprise IT leadership roles.
• Expertise in IT operating models, process redesign, organizational change management, service delivery transformation, or enterprise software platforms.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and securing buy-in from IT executives and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical IT language into business outcomes and operational benefits.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills, including mapping complex dependencies and workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for structured discovery and review sessions.
• Experience operationalizing SaaS solutions to deliver tangible business benefits.
• Deep knowledge of service delivery models, IT governance frameworks, enterprise IT infrastructure, and IT operations best practices.
• Ability to influence without authority, navigate competing stakeholder priorities, build consensus, and distill complex subjects into actionable narratives.

Nice to have

• Background in Professional Services, Solution Consulting, or Enterprise Architect roles.
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT governance framework knowledge.
• Experience at a SaaS company in customer success, implementation, or post-sales engineering.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives or IT transformation programs.
• MBA, engineering degree, or advanced IT certifications.
