What you will do

• Drive digital strategy execution in line with business objectives and market needs.
• Design and own end-to-end solution architectures focused on scalability, robustness, security, compliance, and quality.
• Analyze, validate, and integrate solutions across the IT landscape, digital platforms, and systems.
• Develop business cases, define roadmaps, and manage budgets for digital initiatives.
• Oversee solution delivery and governance, ensuring timely execution.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders across markets and drive adoption through collaboration.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in IT, digital transformation, or IT/enterprise architecture.
• International stakeholder experience and business-fluent English proficiency.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing solution architectures and integrating digital platforms and systems.
• Ability to design, plan, and successfully implement complex digital solutions across multiple systems and channels.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, the Software Development Lifecycle, business case development, and budget management.
