Enterprise Architect (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Define, maintain, and evolve solution architectures aligned with business objectives, product requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with Product Management, RTEs, Product Owners, System Architects, and development teams.
• Participate in PI Planning, architectural runway definition, backlog refinement, and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Define architectural enablers, technical dependencies, and non-functional requirements while evaluating trade-offs and technical risks.
• Ensure integration across systems, components, and platforms, including interoperability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Shape technical solutions for RFPs and customer proposals, participate in workshops and presentations, and support reference architectures, accelerators, AI capabilities, and differentiated services.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital engineering or IT, including a strong background in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and complex solution architectures, including system integration and enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAFe and Agile methodologies, preferably with hands-on experience in ART environments and PI Planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, assess architectural trade-offs, and drive technical decisions across multiple teams.
• Experience with presales activities, technical solution design, RFPs, and customer-facing presentations or workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Exposure to AI capabilities, reference architectures, and technical innovation.
• Previous experience in the Life Sciences domain.
