Mid ERP Consultant (SAP LE)

hirify.global is hiring for a temporary onsite SAP consulting assignment.

What you will do

• Provide strategic guidance on customer processes, document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend SAP system improvements.
• Coordinate with HQ on implementation management and optimization of SAP Logistics processes.
• Support end users across relevant sites, including requirements analysis, training, documentation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Monitor issues and operating performance, prepare reports, and provide status updates.
• Serve as the primary on-call support contact for troubleshooting and correcting system issues.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an ECC 6 or HANA environment.
• Experience processing a variety of EDI document types.
• Project management experience covering conceptualization, organization, planning, test execution, user training, and training-material documentation.
• Understanding of the system development life cycle, application development dynamics, and information technology practices and methods.
• ABAP debugging skills.
• Ability to travel for business to a foreign country.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology discipline.
• Experience with standard project management tools and concepts.
• Participation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• In-depth technical knowledge of EDI-related systems and architecture.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills demonstrated through teamwork.
• Ability to challenge established practices, understand customer priorities, and manage time and attention according to assigned roles and objectives.
