Financial Services Representative (Cantonese)

Location: On-site full-time in Scarborough, ON, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.

Employment: Full time, regular, 37.5 hours per week.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, financial goals, and needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Connect clients with the appropriate people and opportunities across the bank.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for learning and ability to build trust through respect and authenticity.
• Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Cantonese language capability is required for this role.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
• Applicants may be asked to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests.
