Financial Services Representative - Sherbrooke

Location: On-site full-time in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet clients to understand their personal and business priorities, financial goals, and needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans and connect clients with appropriate internal partners and opportunities.
• Build relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and community engagement.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, strong relationship-building skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, goal orientation, and genuine care for clients.
• Ability and willingness to learn financial products, technology, and banking processes.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
• Willingness to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests, which may include French proficiency testing.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
