Financial Services Representative II

Location: Calgary-Douglas Square Branch, Calgary, AB; full-time on-site work required

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Provide tailored advice and recommend cash management, credit, investment, and wealth-protection solutions.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate internal experts, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work flexible banking-centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and support multiple nearby banking centres when required.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-service, relationship-building, critical-thinking, goal-planning, and financial-product knowledge.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain mobile banking tools to clients.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
