Universal Banker

Location: On-site full-time in Comox, BC, at 195 Port Augusta St; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities and recommend suitable financial products, services, and forward-looking financial plans.
• Use knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection to support clients’ financial goals.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and collaboration with internal partners.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and support multiple nearby banking centres.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, respect, authenticity, and commitment to high standards.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
