Financial Services Representative - Universal Banker - Cote-Des-Neiges & Edouard Montpetit

Location: On-site full-time in Montréal, QC, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant internal specialists and opportunities.
• Help clients use mobile banking applications and other digital banking tools.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong in critical thinking.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple nearby banking centres.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
