Analytics Business Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote-USA

Salary: $60,500–$93,700 annually; anticipated hiring range typically falls between the minimum and midpoint of the posted range.

What you will do

• Support credit unions and internal users with report creation and end-user engagement.
• Research data questions and issues, identify defects or improvement opportunities, and report solutions to BI Analysts.
• Design and develop reports that address complex business problems.
• Create educational assets, training materials, and facilitate internal and external training classes.
• Define product lifecycle and iterative design work for reports, educational assets, and engagement techniques.
• Gather and prioritize requirements, develop use cases and test scripts, support business implementation, and mitigate adoption risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Data Science, Applied Math, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of product service/support or client relationship experience within the financial services industry.
• Two years of Data Analyst or Business Analyst experience with large data sets, trend identification, and relational databases.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience with data delivery or analytics tools and applications.
