Sales Data Analyst - Senior (Power BI/SQL)

Location: Hybrid, United States; Ohio

Base pay: $91,325–$114,158 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Translate stakeholder needs into data-driven solutions for strategic and operational decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI or similar dashboards and reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, identify trends, monitor KPIs, and develop alerts or visualizations.
• Validate, cleanse, reconcile, and document data definitions, processes, and reporting standards.
• Automate data collection and reporting workflows and partner with data engineering and IT teams to improve reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL; SQL Server Management Studio is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data wrangling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions supporting shared business goals.
