2027 Summer Internship Program - Spend Management (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Virtual Office, United States; supports clients in the New York area.

Pay rate: $25 per hour.

What you will do

• Support client savings, contract penetration, and supply chain performance goals through implementation and follow-through.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to support adoption and sustained utilization of hirify.global solutions.
• Manage analytics, client coordination, performance metrics, and workplan progress.
• Identify and present cost-saving opportunities using Supply Analytics and Impact Standardization.
• Analyze complex data to identify product conversion opportunities and collaborate with category managers and supplier partners on cross-referencing, conversions, and trials.
• Support Valley Health System, Westchester Medical Center, and Centralus in the New York area with product conversion implementation and assessment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in healthcare, finance, business administration, or supply chain.
• Must have completed the sophomore year of an undergraduate program before the internship starts, or have recently completed a degree.
• Basic understanding of hybrid work environments, workplace ethics, and effective communication.
• Good organization and planning skills, with demonstrated project coordination, facilitation, and implementation experience from work or school.
• Ability to analyze complex data, synthesize information for problem-solving, and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, hirify.global business partners, external members, and suppliers.
• Excel proficiency.
