Strategy & Operations Analyst (Healthcare Technology)

Salary: $104,000–$130,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Monitor KPI trends, diagnose operating variances, conduct root cause analyses, and provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain operational and financial models covering capacity, throughput, staffing, and scenario planning.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations and executive-ready materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify repetitive processes and build dashboards, Google Apps Script programs, AI workflows, or other best-fit tools.
• Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives from problem structuring and data gathering through recommendation development.
• Partner with operations, finance, and other functions; support program management and strategy work as priorities evolve.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or operational analysis, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills, including the ability to build accurate, scalable models from scratch.
• Hands-on experience building tools with Google Apps Script, AI-assisted coding, or similar technologies, with the ability to assess options and recommend an appropriate solution.
• Strong analytical skills, including structuring ambiguous problems, working with complex datasets, and extracting actionable insights.
• High standards for accuracy and rigor, with the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting clear data-driven stories to senior leadership in Google Slides.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels, with demonstrated professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Self-starter mindset, ownership, initiative, and willingness to learn and grow through feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with risk adjustment coding applications and technology.
• Passion for and understanding of the healthcare technology industry.
• Experience coaching or mentoring peers.
