Location: Hybrid in West Point, Pennsylvania, or Rahway, New Jersey; must be able to work in the NJ/PA area for 4–6 months. No relocation.

Salary: $39,908–$111,111 USD

What you will do

• Support supplier manufacturing process improvement and gain exposure to global procurement functions.
• Execute compliance plans and initiatives and review or update procedures and contract clauses.
• Prepare and deliver Risk & Compliance training.
• Maintain risk-system information and protect data quality and integrity.
• Collect, model, filter, clean, and explore data using SpotFire, R, and/or Python.
• Analyze results and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create dashboards and KPIs for actionable insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a B.S. degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical, or Biochemistry.
• Ability to work in the NJ/PA area for 4–6 months.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills on the job and work in a team environment with internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Project management experience.
