Location: Fully on-site in Arlington, VA, United States

Salary: $81,500–$135,800 per year; compensation depends on experience, skills, and education. Bonuses, commissions, tips, and benefits are excluded from this range.

What you will do

• Provide logistics support to program, security, and government property personnel.
• Prepare, coordinate, and analyze classified and unclassified receipt and shipment documentation.
• Open packages, verify item kind, count, and condition, and move equipment and materials to facility staging areas.
• Match packing slips with physical materials, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate merchandise returns with procurement.
• Prepare shipments and coordinate package pickup and delivery with carriers and the building engineer.
• Conduct physical inventories of classified and unclassified equipment and materials according to established plans.

Requirements

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required at the time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent full-time professional experience.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds unassisted.

Nice to have

• Supply chain certification and quality inspection experience.
• Costpoint and SharePoint user experience.
• Equipment audit experience and experience managing work teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, with dependability, ownership, urgency, and drive.
