Senior Intern (Logistics)

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States. Onsite role. No work visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers and communicate timely shipment status updates.
• Track and trace international cargo, shipments, and related documents.
• Update shipment information in hirify.global systems and prepare required reports.
• Prepare and process international documentation, settle shipments, and file tariffs.
• Follow operational process standards, customer procedures, and US and foreign regulations.
• Work with internal teams, international offices, and customers to provide logistics solutions.

Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent attendance practices.
• Attention to detail, curiosity, professionalism, integrity, and a sense of humor.
