What you will do

• Design and deliver engaging learning and development programs.
• Coach employees and managers through growth and challenging decisions.
• Handle complex employee relations cases calmly and effectively.
• Support organizational change in a fast-growing environment.
• Build practical people processes where few ready-made processes exist.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-growing company.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering training.
• Hands-on coaching experience.
• Experience handling difficult employee relations cases and organizational change.
• Commercial mindset and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Availability to work remotely from the European Union.
