People Partner Engineering & Product

Location: Remote-first; must be based on the East Coast of the USA or in Europe

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to support team health, performance, talent density, and people needs.
• Coach leads and managers through feedback, performance, conflict, growth conversations, and team changes.
• Run proactive 1:1 sessions, surface people issues early, and advise on team structures, spans, layers, and capability gaps.
• Support organisational changes, including team moves and new ways of working.
• Support performance reviews, engagement, recognition, and lead enablement programs.
• Work with Employee Relations, Legal Counsel, People Ops, and Compliance on sensitive cases, terminations, mobility, and local requirements.

Requirements

• Experience supporting leaders and teams with performance, coaching, growth, and team-change topics.
• Strong coaching skills and confidence guiding managers through difficult conversations.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive issues, with clarity and fairness.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Comfort with both strategic partnership and hands-on execution.
• Ability to work with leaders across different time zones and cultures.
• Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams.
