Company

hirify.global provides supply chain technology, managed transportation, data-centric network solutions, and logistics execution services across North America and Mexico.

What you will do

  • Own value realization, revenue growth, retention, and account growth strategy for a large portfolio of strategic enterprise transportation clients.
  • Build multi-year growth roadmaps aligned with supply chain strategy, cost optimization, and service objectives; identify opportunities across modes, cross-border transportation, managed services, and technology enablement.
  • Build C-suite relationships, lead executive QBRs and annual business reviews, and advise customers on network design, carrier strategy, procurement, and transportation technology.
  • Own gross profit expansion, renewals, pricing discussions, contractual renegotiations, and value-based upsell initiatives while mitigating churn risk.
  • Translate transportation data and KPIs into executive insights; lead routing guide optimization, mode shifts, automation, and other continuous improvement initiatives using TMS, BI, and CRM tools.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Carrier Management, Finance, and product stakeholders while influencing cross-functional execution and innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in transportation and logistics, with progressive growth across sales, account management, managed transportation, or solution design.
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts; portfolios of $100M+ freight spend or $10M+ gross profit are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of LTL, TL, intermodal, international, parcel, and cross-border freight.
  • Track record of margin expansion, contract renewals, and net revenue growth, including executive negotiations and complex pricing conversations.
  • Ability to quantify and communicate ROI through transportation cost savings, service improvements, and working capital optimization.
  • Polished communication, storytelling, data visualization, high-stakes QBR facilitation, and the ability to influence stakeholders from warehouse managers to C-suite executives.
  • Advanced working knowledge of TMS platforms, BI tools, Salesforce, and ERP/WMS/supply chain technology integrations; Oracle OTM or Infios/MercuryGate experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of transportation KPIs, including cost-per-mile, mode optimization, routing guide compliance, tender acceptance, OTIF, claims ratio, and accessorial leakage.
  • Ability to interpret contract language and translate it into operational execution and profitability management.
  • Experience building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams; skilled at navigating matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
  • High accountability, ownership mentality, and bias toward action.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.

  • Full-time remote or hybrid work with schedule flexibility based on coverage.
  • Learning and development resources, internal mobility, employee referral bonuses, and Employee Resource Groups.
  • Paid time off, floating holidays, volunteer time, rollover opportunities, and paid parental leave.
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible spending and health savings accounts, and dependent care and mass transit plans.
