FP&A Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own the FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, one-year and three-year plans, and results tracking.
• Act as Finance Business Partner for Operations and Engineering and guide resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional financial processes covering cloud economics, corporate technology licenses, and payroll costs.
• Analyze financial and accounting results and provide actionable insights to executives and investors.
• Track the financial impact of strategic decisions, risks, and opportunities.
• Own working capital and income tax models, drive efficiency initiatives, and contribute to AI automation projects for closing analyses and rolling forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in finance and/or cost management.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to automate and improve financial processes.
