Bilingual Condo Project Processor (Mortgage)

Location: Remote within the United States; primarily Eastern and Central Time zone working hours to support the East Coast region.

What you will do

• Obtain and verify condo project information, including questionnaires, insurance verification, budgets, and litigation details.
• Review project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies against agency requirements.
• Assemble complete project packages, identify potential issues during pre-review, and submit documented files for underwriting approval or denial.
• Prepare approval summaries for missing documentation and communicate with loan officers, branch managers, reviewers, agencies, HOAs, customers, and other professional services.
• Complete submission checklists, document loan-related communications in the LOS, and manage the pipeline within allotted turn times.
• Support closing, secondary, and servicing teams with documentation needed to clear outstanding suspense items; work varying hours and overtime when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience required.
• Excellent math, analytical, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and Windows.
• Bilingual communication capability is required by the position title; the specific additional language is not stated.
