Team Manager - Mortgage Origination - Clark (WAH)

Location: Primarily onsite in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines during the program launch and stabilization phase; eligible employees may transition to a Work-At-Home setup after steady-state operations, subject to business, client, and company requirements.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of mortgage specialists supporting U.S. mortgage operations.
• Drive productivity, quality, service levels, customer satisfaction, financial goals, and other operational KPIs.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and create development plans.
• Manage engagement, attendance, attrition, and shrinkage to maintain workforce performance.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
• Analyze operational trends, implement improvement plans, engage clients and stakeholders, and provide business updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of U.S. mortgage experience, preferably in mortgage origination, plus 2–3 years of people leadership experience in a BPO, shared services, financial services, or mortgage operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan origination processes and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, QM, and Non-QM mortgage products and compliance standards.
• Experience managing operational performance and delivering results against KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with mortgage servicing platforms and CRM tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga during program launch and stabilization; later Work-At-Home eligibility is subject to business and client requirements.
