Implementation Consultant - Housing

Location: Remote or hybrid in the United Kingdom, with occasional travel to UK customer or company sites. Candidates must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do

• Implement and configure NEC Housing Management System modules, particularly Service Charges and/or Rent Analytics.
• Deliver remote and occasional on-site training for customers and internal teams through Teams and recorded sessions.
• Advise current NEC Housing customers on best practices and system usage.
• Create and maintain training courses, user guides, and solution design manuals.
• Adapt communication and training approaches for different audiences while working toward positive customer feedback.
• Stay current with Social Housing Management developments and manage multiple projects after becoming proficient with the system.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in Service Charges and/or Rent Analytics processes using Housing Management Software.
• Experience implementing Housing Management Systems or modules, including strong configuration and build skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for end users.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, courses, and solution design manuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects once proficient with the NEC system.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK is required; documentary evidence will be requested.
• Offers are subject to satisfactory vetting, references, occupational health checks, and, depending on the role, a DBS check.

Nice to have

• Experience creating, configuring, and implementing additional NEC Housing system modules.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training delivery best practices.
