BC Consultant Lead (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Salary: £90,000–£95,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultants.
• Oversee Business Central implementations, upgrades, and ongoing development projects.
• Manage client relationships, requirements-gathering workshops, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide functional expertise across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain modules.
• Lead solution design and ensure alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Support project planning, delivery, continuous improvement, and escalation management for complex functional and technical issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV).
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing Functional Consultants.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge across core Business Central modules.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading requirements-gathering workshops.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful delivery.
