Senior Professional Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, development, coordination, and delivery of tabletop and live-play cyber incident exercises.
• Design scenarios, injects, facilitator guides, participant briefings, and post-exercise outputs; facilitate sessions and document findings, lessons learned, and improvement actions.
• Support pre-sales, scoping, requirements gathering, and solution positioning by translating technical services into business value.
• Assist Incident Response teams with cyber incident triage, initial fact gathering, case coordination, communication, and handovers.
• Onboard clients by explaining services, operating models, escalation routes, and engagement expectations.
• Coordinate additional professional services, including security assessments and technical services such as penetration testing projects, while improving delivery materials and client documentation.

Requirements

• Professional cybersecurity expertise relevant to cyber incident exercising, managed detection and response, incident response, or security assessments.
• Ability to lead realistic, client-specific tabletop and live-play cyber incident exercises.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to support incident triage, assess urgency, gather initial facts, coordinate next steps, and maintain disciplined handovers.
• Ability to translate technical service capabilities into clear business value for commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate technical services, including penetration testing projects.
