ERP Transformation Consultant

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on a client site, and up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on the role or assignment. Applicants for relevant UK roles must meet the stated security-clearance residency requirements, including British citizenship or 5 years of continuous UK residency.

What you will do

• Lead or support ERP strategy development, requirements definition, and vendor selection.
• Manage ERP implementations, including oversight of Systems Integrators.
• Align business processes with ERP capabilities such as Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, and Workday.
• Develop Target Operating Models and business architecture blueprints.
• Provide client-side advice across strategy, delivery, completion, and benefits realisation.
• Support change management, training, and ERP adoption across client organisations.

Requirements

• Experience in ERP-enabled transformation programmes and across the full ERP delivery lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement through delivery and business integration.
• Experience acting as a Business Integrator, bridging client needs and technical delivery.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms including Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Workday, or similar.
• Experience with process standardisation and optimisation, business process design, business process mapping, and operational process improvement.
• Proven capability in change management, data migration, and reporting strategy.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, communication, intervention, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across sectors and adapt to varied client environments, including public and private sectors.
• Ability to connect strategic objectives to operational design, consider interdependencies across functions, and embed business outcomes in transformation delivery.
• Experience creating and nurturing strong client relationships, with a drive for personal and professional progression.
