Recruiter - Hybrid (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States; must be able to work hybrid out of this location.

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, deliver qualified candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged through timely progress updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
